Personal Chef

Hi I'm Claire! 

I am the chef and owner of sweetLou Cooks LLC.  My passion for cooking developed while I was working and living on organic farms throughout Italy.  They taught me to appreciate local and seasonal cooking as well as a hearty appetite! Since 2011, I worked at restaurants in and around NYC including, Green Table, Vinegar Hill House, Beach Plum Inn in Martha's Vineyard, and Mission Chinese Food.  These positions allowed me to develop a knowledge of variety of cuisines, a skill which I am excited to bring to more intimate settings.
